Led by the Université de Lorraine, the AI Grand Est ENACT cluster consortium brings together key stakeholders in research, education and innovation across the Grand Est region: the Université de Strasbourg, Inria, CNRS, Inserm, Nancy University Hospital and Strasbourg University Hospitals. Supported by France 2030, the cluster benefits from €30 million in funding managed by the French National Research Agency (ANR) over a five-year period (2025–2029), complemented by contributions from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the Grand Est Region, the Greater Nancy Metropolitan Authority, the Strasbourg Eurometropolis, the Metz Eurometropolis and regional companies.
